2.1 Consulting Sessions

One-on-one consulting sessions provide tailored support to company leaders seeking to enhance core leadership approaches. Sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure dedicated focus.

2.2 Workshops and Seminars

Interactive group events cover advanced methodologies for effective governance and ethical leadership.

3. Digital Products

Electronic courses, guides, and toolkits are available for self-paced learning. All materials are delivered via secure download.

4. Physical Goods

Printed manuals and workbooks are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on location and shipping options selected.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Details vary by offering type.

5.1 Services

Consulting sessions are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling and dedicated preparation. However, sessions may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Workshop and seminar registrations are fully refundable if cancellation is submitted at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for refund but may be transferred to a future session upon request.

5.2 Digital Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided that less than 10% of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back for inspection within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back shipments are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case PrincipleDir will cover shipping expenses within the United Arab Emirates. Once the item passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

PrincipleDir may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our offerings after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
